I had the most exceptional (and fun!) experience at Hermes Sydney, all made possible by dearest SA Hamy Nguyen!! She is simply a standout because of her wealth of knowledge for the brand beyond its products! I have learnt so much from Hamy through the years about Hermes' heritage and meticulous craftsmanship, from leather goods to homewares and beautiful hand-woven silk and cashmere scarves! More recently, through Hamy's generosity in sharing and her ever kind, passionate and caring soul, I had the opportunity to also learn about Hermes sustainability and global initiatives and the intricacies (and hours!) that goes into producing their goods, which has truly been an eye opener and deepened my appreciation for the brand, its artisans and products. It's been truly a joy to experience Hamy's attentiveness and warmth each time and she exudes these with such sincerity and professionalism. Did I also mention she's a great stylist and photographer?! 😄I had heaps of fun in my most recent visit learning about the various ways their gorgeous shawls can be transformed into! Can't wait for warmer weather already and my next visit! ☀️

A very positive recent visit with Arief! Been to the sydney hermes store multiple times and did not have a bad experience but this time with Arief was truly exceptional! service was 5 stars and he was extremely patient with my fickle mindedness- not once showing any unhappiness and constantly serving with a smile and sincerity! his knowledge on products was also exceptional! cant wait to be back with Arief again!

Each visit to the Hermès boutique is an absolute pleasure. Taylor and the entire team consistently provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s exceptional standard of service. I highly recommend requesting Taylor if you are seeking something truly special. She is an outstanding associate — impeccably polite, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive — who goes above and beyond to ensure her clients’ satisfaction. She was very dedicated and had a talent for finding what her customer needed and wanted. I really enjoyed everything I received yesterday and was very impressed with your service as a SA. You are so professional, unlike your "trainee" badge. I think your boss needs to give you a more worthy badge, "professional" soon. I had such a beautiful experience at the Hermès Sydney boutique today. The store atmosphere was magical - the Christmas choir added such a warm, festive touch. A special thank you to my Sales Associate, Taylor H, who has been consistently wonderful. She is patient, genuine and incredibly thoughtful, always preparing the items I’ve enquired about ahead of time and making every visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Hermès Sydney continues to be a joy to visit, and I’m excited to keep returning as I build my collection. Highly recommend the boutique and Taylor’s outstanding service.

I had the most incredible experience at Hermès, thanks to the exceptional service from Emiko. She is caring, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable- truly one of the best SA I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, Emiko made us feel welcomed and well looked after. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was able to source everything I needed and wanted with such grace and professionalism. She showed us each piece thoughtfully, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience feel effortless. What really stood out was how genuine, warm, and patient she was, and I loved all her suggestions as to what suited us. We spend a few hours every single time we visit with her, and it was always enjoyable, a lot of fun and effortless. She makes the whole process feel special, personal, and memorable, the level of customer service you hope for when visiting Hermès. If you are visiting Hermès Sydney, I cannot recommend Emiko highly enough.
